Please note, in the event of industrial strike action by our delivery partners, parcels may be delayed.

The time frames below are estimates and subject to delays outside of our control.

Returns

If you are looking to return your purchase, it must be returned within 14 days from delivery for a full refund.

We are unable to accept returns unless they can be deemed:

- Faulty
- Incorrect product
- Not fit for purpose
- If you receive an incorrect, faulty or unfit for purpose product, please do not dispose of said product. If the product has been disposed of, Evans IT Limited will be not able to replace or refund the product.
